Delivery conditions in Yerevan
Company Sofad provides its customers with delivery service in Yerevan as well as some regions. The delivery price in Yerevan -600 AMD.
For orders of 10,000 AMD and over the delivery is free in Yerevan. Before confirming the order every customer is reminded about the delivery conditions on the left side of browser and agrees upon them.
Delivery terms outside Yerevan (in regions)
Below is the list of towns with fixed delivery rates. The case of free delivery is not applied outside Yerevan.
In case of online orders outside Yerevan, the delivery rate is not automatically calculated in the total order sum and is paid separately by cash to the courier right after getting the order.
In this respect every customer is reminded about delivery conditions before confirming the order and agrees upon them. Time and date for delivery outside Yerevan will be discussed and appointed between the customer and our operator.

Payment Conditions
For online orders via www.sofad.am we offer 3 payment methods:
- Online payment processed via Visa, Master and Arca payment systems
(for online order the customer fills in the required fields and makes payment via one of the mentioned above systems).
- Cash on delivery (the customer pays by cash to the courier right after receiving the order)
- Bank transfer (the customer transfers money to the company’s bank account then gets the order)
Note* the cash payment is processed via AMD (Armenian dram), otherwise the courier has the right to return ordered products back to the stock.
