Online orders can be processed both by registered users or website visitors. Registration process is quite simple and doesn’t take much time. For registration first it is necessary to pass to “Register” on the left side of the homepage, fill in all the required fields and create an account.

In case the customer disagrees with our delivery conditions, he/she is welcome pick up the ordered products right from our showroom (previously noting about it to our operators).

Return policy

Sold products are not returned except the cases such as:

  1. The customer found the product damaged
  2. The delivery of wrong product (in such case the courier returns back the products and deliver the appropriate order)

If the product doesn’t meet the customer’s expectations, it can be returned immediately in the presence of our courier, in this case only paying the delivery rate-600 AMD.
